Boost Your Catch with Lowrance Marine Electronics

If you enjoy offshore fishing and boating then you’ve probably heard of Lowrance electronic products. They are in fact a leader in manufacturering Gps navigation, Sonar, depth finders, chartplotters and fishfinders. Lowrance marine systems has definitely become possibly the best regarded names in marine electronics among commercial fishermen and boating enthusiasts of all kinds because of the wide array of systems they provide.

Having grown up on the Jersey Shore, I had spent many hours on the ocean and bays. In those days, locating fish was more luck then skill on any given day. But now that’s all changed.

If you enjoy sport fishing, you’d be fascinated with Lowrance Marine fish finders. They are equipped with dual frequency sonar, 480 X 480 resolution, up to 2500 feet depth penetrationt, and other sophisticated functions. Fish Finders are also available in the big screen monochrome displays. Lets admit it, if you wish to “hook” the bigger ones, you need to be able to find them first. The new fishfinder and combo units do a great job. The well-known fishing and boating kits are available in quite a number of sizes, prices and colors meeting different demands. Nowadays you will see fishfinders and combo units on anything from huge fishing trawlers to small bass boats.

What I truly value when sailing even just in the bays and rivers is a Marine GPS. Marine GPS is easily the most common GPS types and Lowrance Marine GPS is at the top of the list. The Lowrance GPS antenna is built-in on most of their GPS enabled products so installation and use is a breeze. Many a time I had to offer up excuses for being late for supper because I sailed too far. My kids are unable to get away with that today since they always know precisely where they are.

One step above standard GPS is a Marine GPS chartplotter, that can help you stay on the course. Chartplotters may also offer you advance information about the buoys and the tides. They are also great for understanding the weather and can provide you with the sonar and radar images.

Considering the number of professional grade items on the market, it just makes good sense to add new Lowrance marine systems to what ever sort of boat you have.
